EcoTherapy | EOnWellness

Ecotherapy, an emerging field within psychology, explores the positive effects of spending time in nature on your mental and physical health. This approach, also known as nature therapy, can be practiced in various outdoor settings, such as local parks, forests, or even a garden.

Outdoor sessions integrate mindfulness and deep breathing exercises to encourage movement, both in natural settings and as a catalyst for psychological and relational transformation. This extends to your personal experience of self.

 

Ecotherapy/EcoWellness sessions are designed to mindfully embrace each step of life’s journey. I will accompany you at your own pace, facilitating conversation without physical strain. Walking stimulates the release of endorphins, your body's natural pain reliever.
