Ecotherapy/EcoWellness is not an exercise session. It is a reminder to mindfully embrace every step of life's journey as a precious treasure. I will walk with you at a pace that is guided by your pace which provides the opportunity to talk without strain. Walking triggers your body to release endorphins a.k.a.
