A bit about me—I weave together my identities as a neurodivergent, LGBTQIA+ identifying person with a passion for empowering others. I make sure my practice is a welcoming space for everyone, as my work is grounded in a sex-positive, sex-worker affirming, kink-knowledgeable, LGBTQIA+ affirming, and trauma-informed framework, creating an affirming & inclusive environment where you can feel safe, validated, & seen.

I’m here with an open heart, ready to walk with you as you navigate the ups & downs of your thoughts and feelings. Free Consultation Call

You might be wondering what the 15-minute free phone chat is all about, right? Well, let me break it down for you. We'll kick things off by chatting about what’s brought you to consider therapy. Is there something on your mind that's been bugging you? Or maybe you're just curious about what therapy involves? Either way, this call is a perfect chance to get those burning questions out there. It’s all about making sure you feel comfortable and getting any initial concerns off your chest.

Initial 1-2 Sessions - Intake

Imagine this as our first meeting where we get to know each other a bit better. It's like a friendly orientation, and it's different from what our regular sessions will be like. Have you ever tried something new and felt a bit out of place at first? That's what these initial 1-2 sessions might feel like, but don't worry, it's all part of the process!

The main goal here is to get a good sense of who you are and what you're looking for, kind of like putting together pieces of a puzzle. We’ll have a nice chat about your experiences and what you need from our time together. To help with this, I’ll ask you to fill out a few forms—nothing too daunting, just things like informed consent, intake forms, and some questionnaires. Think of it as setting the stage for our future conversations!

Subsequent Sessions - Ongoing

I totally get it—feeling a bit nervous even after a couple of sessions is completely normal. Have you felt that way? It’s like starting any new relationship; it takes time to get comfortable. If you ever find yourself not feeling at ease after our meetings, let’s chat about it next time we get together. What do you think? Your comfort is super important for making progress.
