As a Holistic and Integrative Therapist, I draw from various approaches to support and enhance your overall well-being. By addressing every aspect of yourself, we can develop a customized strategy designed to help you realize your objectives/goals. I tailor therapy to your specific needs, incorporating techniques from different approaches to ensure a more cohesive and effective experience.
My primary approach is Client-Centered. I provide genuine, compassionate support as you step into living your authentic life. In our collaborative environment, I encourage you to share your thoughts as we work together. My goal is to establish a solid connection so that you feel completely heard and secure in expressing your innermost thoughts and feelings, which will lead to fresh insights.
I may also utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), focusing on present-day problem-solving. Together, we'll learn to identify and change destructive thought patterns, replacing them with realistic ones to improve your responses to challenging situations.
If you have been impacted by trauma, I utilize a Trauma-informed approach to therapy. This means that I recognize and understand the profound effects trauma can have on you. In our work together, the focus will shift from "What's wrong with you?" to "What happened to you?". By understanding your history and experiences, both past and present, I can provide support and care that is tailored to your specific needs and promotes healing.

Additionally, I offer Ecotherapy/EcoWellness sessions in natural settings, harnessing nature's relaxing effects through activities like walking, meditating, or hiking.
Potentially, I may also use Attachment Therapy to help with insecure attachment patterns by fostering positive emotional connections and enhancing your relationships. This approach explores how early attachment experiences can affect your ability to build secure relationships as an adult. Whereas, Psychodynamic Therapy, can facilitate and promote a deeper understanding of your emotions and mental processes. By exploring your concerns and emotional patterns, you can discover more fulfilling ways of thinking and develop effective coping mechanisms.
Depending on your needs, I may also incorporate other treatment modalities. My goal is to encourage you to rediscover and reconnect with your authentic self, address unhealthy coping mechanisms, and develop new skills for lasting, healthy changes in your behavior and thought patterns.
