Please Note: This intro video highlights my background as a California therapist. In this global coaching space, our work is strictly non-clinical, strategy-focused boundary optimization.
A Safe Space to Unmask and Finally Just Be You
I'm so glad you stumbled upon my little corner of the internet. Welcome to my private space for digital sustainability and personal growth.
You know, I've always naturally been that trusted confidant in life who sits back, listens to everyone's stories, and provides a comforting shoulder to lean on. For as long as I can remember, people have instinctively trusted me with their deepest, most vulnerable secrets because they knew their heart was completely safe in my hands. It truly reflected my core spirit, as I've cared deeply about understanding, nurturing, and supporting others exactly as they are. I'm right here to offer you that exact same safe, unbreakable space for your story today.
I provide a compassionate, collaborative relationship where you never have to filter your reality or justify your choices. Our time together is a welcoming space designed to help your nervous system finally settle, a gentle environment where you can finally take off your heavy armor, put down the performance, and just breathe.
Hi, I’m Eboniña.
Many of us start out on a path that feels totally right, only for life to pull us in a completely different direction. For a long time, I actually thought I’d follow in my dad’s medical footsteps and become a pediatrician. But as it turns out, we were both ultimately drawn to the world of mental health. While my dad shifted his focus to neuropsychology and addiction, I found my true, permanent home in psychotherapy. I traded the stethoscope for a deeper kind of healing that honors the whole person and centers around the natural connection between your mind, your body, and your entire being.
Growing Up Without Taboos
My journey to becoming an unconditionally affirming therapist started with a pretty unique upbringing. I was raised by a free-spirited, hippie, nudist mom who embraced her body, her boundaries, and her sexuality with absolutely zero shame. Because of the open, age-appropriate conversations we had, I grew up viewing human bodies and personal autonomy as just regular, everyday parts of life, as casual as talking about the weather.
This gave me a lot of comfort in my own skin. In fact, by the time I was six, I brought that exact same ease to the school playground. While other kids were panicked about catching "cooties" from holding hands, I became the resident myth buster. Thanks to my conversations with my mom, I’d hand out honest answers without an ounce of awkwardness. To my six-year-old mind, these were just normal topics everyone should talk about freely!
It was a massive shock as I got older and realized my experience was the total exception to the rule. Seeing the rest of the world get so tense, uncomfortable, or secretive around universal human experiences like pleasure, bodies, and gender felt completely backwards to me. But instead of making me shrink back, that realization gave me a fierce drive to help others dismantle those exact same taboos.
The Lightbulb Moment
Psychology was always buzzing in the background of my life. Growing up, I used to read my mom’s psychology books and check out extra ones from the library just for fun. By the time I was an undergrad at Arizona State University, I was taking psychology class after psychology class. I even got special permission to take graduate level courses, simply because I found human behavior so fascinating. Still, it never clicked that I could actually do this for a living.
That all changed one afternoon. That all changed one afternoon when I stayed after class to talk to Dr. Kathryn Lemery-Chalfant, the professor who had been signing off on my advanced coursework. At the time, I was feeling totally conflicted, confused, and stuck at a major crossroads. I knew my pre-med major wasn't right for me anymore, but I had no clue what to do next.
She looked at me and gently pointed out the obvious: "You're clearly incredibly passionate about this work. Why not make a career out of it?" I don't think I've ever had a massive "Ah-ha!" moment and a total Homer Simpson "D’oh!" realization happen at the exact same time. Right after that talk, I officially changed my major to psychology. I realized my comfort with the human mind wasn't just a hobby; it was my true calling.
My Ultimate Promise
This is a protected sanctuary where you do not have to perform for your followers, code switch or mask, or translate your creative workflow to be deemed safe, valued, or worthy of deep, strategic care. My coaching space is an unconditional no-masking, "come as you are" zone because I understand as a neurodivergent, LGBTQIA+ identifying professional and media wellness consultant what it's like to not have the support you need from someone who just gets it.
A Sanctuary Where You Are Celebrated
You spend your days behind a lens, inside a studio, or managing a constant stream of public feedback online. In our coaching blocks, that digital noise and the pressure to stay switched on gets to drop. I channel my background into a fierce drive to hold space for and empower digital media professionals, building a supportive cushion specifically to uplift creative communities who are too often dismissed:
-
Neurodivergent Advocacy & Project Momentum: Providing a warm, collaborative space where your natural traits, hyperfocus, and unconventional creative workflow are treated as absolute assets. While your natural rhythm is fully welcomed during our calls, we focus intimately on how executive functioning may impact the maintenance and growth of your channels outside of our sessions. Together, we build custom, low-stimulation strategies to navigate time blindness, ease the paralysis of task initiation, and design gentle accountability loops. This helps you smoothly transition from starting a million and one amazing concepts to consistently finalizing your editing blocks and hitting your posting deadlines without crashing your nervous system.
-
Grounded Pacing & Executive Wellness: As someone who intimately understands the heavy, invisible toll of maintaining a demanding online presence, I completely validate your physical limits. When you operate outside of a traditional corporate structure, it is incredibly easy to spend every waking hour focusing on channel growth, brand deals, and managing the team around you. Together, we prioritize your personal health status and establish strict lifestyle pacing, making sure you don't burn out your own physical system to keep the production machine running.
-
Sex Worker and Kink Aligned Positive Care: Offering an absolute judgment-free, discretion-first vault where your privacy and digital livelihood are radically respected. Whether you work in adult full service, digital content creation, nightlife, or alternative dynamic communities, your personal autonomy is honored.
Your Whole Self Is Welcome
You do not have to hide your true colors, filter your personality into a perfectly constructed persona, or mask your fatigue to step into this collaborative track. I know firsthand how exhausting it is to prove your identity or explain how metrics strain your lifestyle, and you will never have to justify your pacing baseline to me. You are seen, you are safe, and you are celebrated exactly as you are today.
If you need a space where you can finally stop bracing for judgment, leave the algorithms at the door, and start reclaiming your personal autonomy... let’s talk.
-
I don’t just nod along. I dive deep with you to ensure you aren't just heard, but truly and deeply understood at a core level.
-
The Partnership: I step completely away from the rigid expert and client hierarchy.
-
The Vibe: Our time together feels like having a warm, grounded conversation with a trusted confidant, but one who holds the specialized strategic expertise to help you safely navigate the unique demands of an online career.
-
The Focus: Your unique identity, your personal goals, and your day-to-day energetic capacity are the absolute center of everything we build.
A Gentle Reminder: You do not have to filter your vocabulary, mask your exhaustion, or organize your thoughts before you speak here. Your raw, messy, and entirely authentic reality is met with absolute belief and zero performance pressure.
The Foundation of Our Work
I draw from a rich, whole-person methodology to ensure your coaching experience is deeply personalized to your daily life behind the screen:
-
A Client-Led Philosophy: Your Path Leads. Your perspective, your intuition, and your comfort are always at the absolute forefront of our collaborative strategy. I offer a warm, open space where we focus intimately on your everyday lived experiences, honoring your timeline without any external digital pressure or algorithmic demands.
-
A Deeply Holistic Perspective: The Complete Picture. I see your lifestyle as an interconnected ecosystem where your work, your boundaries, and your physical wellness are deeply woven together. We look at the complete picture of your life, including your online footprint, your physical environment, and your pacing needs, to understand the day-to-day roots of screen fatigue and burnout.
-
An Integrative Approach: A Tailored Strategy. Think of me as having a supportive toolkit full of diverse options. I thoughtfully mix tried-and-true lifestyle design systems with practical nervous system grounding techniques, tailoring our strategy to perfectly fit your specific path toward reclaiming your private life from the public gaze.
Finding Your Natural Rhythm
Finding balance is not a straight line, it is a process of discovering an organic lifestyle flow that works to support your unique neurotype and body. I am right here to walk securely beside you in that process, helping you master the sacred art of no, safely untangle years of self-doubt caused by public scrutiny, and find your way back to a true sense of daily ease.

What is a Book That Shaped Who I am Today?
How Babies Are Made-By Andrew C. Andry and Steven Schepp
I still look back fondly on the meaningful and age-appropriate conversations this book inspired between my mum and me. She was ahead of her time, always open and entirely without shame when it came to discussing sex, sexuality, and the human body. Because of her, our home was a place where curiosity wasn’t just accepted, it was celebrated.
I remember feeling so empowered by this knowledge that I became a bit of an unofficial "expert" on the playground, sharing my "wisdom" with anyone who would listen. Those early talks with my mum taught me that when we remove the weight of shame, we create space for true understanding. It’s a lesson I carry into my work today: that talking about our bodies and our desires can be a natural, grounded, and even celebratory part of being human.

What is My Favorite Houseplant?
The Peace Lily
Is it me? Am I the drama? I don’t think I’m the drama. – Scarlett Envy
I have a soft spot for Peace Lilies. They're truly the sassy divas of my home. I love their "drama queen" act because they drastically droop the moment they’re thirsty, as if the world is ending. But with a simple splash of water and a little attention, they perk right back up.
To me, they feel like a living metaphor for our own body’s needs. They don't apologize for their "drama" but instead just let me know exactly when they need to be replenished. It’s a gentle, slightly hilarious nudge to pay attention to my own rhythms and self-care, too. There’s something deeply comforting about a plant that isn't afraid to show when it needs a little supportive cushion to thrive again.

What Do You Dislike That Others Seem to Enjoy?
Roses & Chocolate
Lean a little bit closer, see / Roses really smell like poo-poo...– Outkast
While the world swoons over roses, I’ve always found them a bit, well, basic. They’re fine, of course, but in a world of a hundred thousand blooms, I’d much rather go on a "floral safari." I’m drawn to the dazzling Roselily Anouska, vibrant Stargazer Lilies, or those cheery Sunflowers, blooms that have their own unique story and character. I even get a chuckle out of the myth behind the Narcissus flower, since gifting it is quite funny as long as you aren’t the one receiving it!
And then there’s chocolate. I’ve never been a fan! I like to joke that I’m already chocolate-dipped from head to toe, thanks to my melanin, so my system just can't handle any more. But white chocolate? I’m a fan, even if the purists say it isn’t "real" chocolate.
I think it’s a good reminder that we don’t have to follow the "shoulds" of what everyone else likes. What about you, do you have any aversions that might raise an eyebrow or two?

What is Your Sign?
Libra-Scorpio Cusp/Horse
I know people have all sorts of opinions on astrology, but I’ve always found it to be a fascinating lens for self-reflection. Being born on the cusp, I see it as a bit of a mosaic, where some traits feel like a perfect reflection of my roots, while others feel like they belong to a different story entirely.
I enjoy diving into my horoscope every now and then; not as a rigid map, but as a way to quiet the outside noise and see how certain themes might line up with my day-to-day reality. It’s a gentle tool for curiosity and a reminder that there are many different ways to understand the rhythm of who we are.
