  • Imagine growing up in a world where talking about sex, bodies, and boundaries was as casual and comfortable as chatting about the weather. That was my actual everyday reality. I was raised in an exceptionally open, honest, and progressive household where curiosity was always met with age-appropriate transparency. Body autonomy and sexuality were embraced with zero shame or fuss.

Because of this unique foundation, I naturally became the companion who could navigate awkward topics with absolute ease. It was not until high school and college that I realized my experience was the complete exception to the rule. Seeing people get so incredibly uncomfortable, tense, or secretive around basic human realities like pleasure and gender only deepened my natural openness and protective drive.

    A Journey of Clear Calling
By the time I reached university, my easygoing, nonjudgmental approach made it incredibly natural for me to support and advocate for people of all identifying genders, as well as those navigating the unique complexities of the sex work community. Psychology was a natural extension of my life. During my undergraduate studies at Arizona State University, my deep passion for the human mind led me to pursue advanced, graduate-level coursework simply because I found the complex nuances of human behavior fascinating.

I soon realized that my lifelong comfort with human sexuality and mental health was far more than just ADHD-driven hyperfixation; it was my calling. I knew I could turn this natural ease into a professional sanctuary where others could safely heal.

Personal Lived Experience Meets Professional Care
My passion for this work is deeply, profoundly personal. I weave together my own lived experiences as a neurodivergent, LGBTQIA+ identifying psychotherapist and sex educator navigating the vulnerabilities of complex chronic illness.

I channel this intersection into an unwavering commitment to protect, advocate for, and empower others who are moving through a rigid world that was simply not built for them. I know firsthand how exhausting it is to constantly translate your existence, your vocabulary, or your symptoms to professionals who do not understand your baseline energy spoons. You will never have to explain the basics of your identity or your health to me.

Our supportive therapeutic relationship provides a welcoming haven for your whole self, firmly grounded in a framework that is:

    • Sex Positive and Sex Worker Affirming: An absolute judgment-free, discretion-first container where your career is respected and your individual autonomy is fully honored.

    • Kink Knowledgeable/Informed and LGBTQIA+ Celebrating: A protected space to explore identity, pleasure, and relationship dynamics from a place of radical acceptance and zero clinical coldness.

    • Trauma-Informed and Neuro-Affirming: A true no-masking zone that fully respects your body boundaries, honors your baseline spoons, and works in harmony with your brain's natural cadence.

Your Whole Self is Welcome Here
You do not have to hide your true colors, filter your relationship structure, or mask your fatigue to step into this practice. You are seen, you are safe, and you are celebrated exactly as you are today. If you need a space where you can finally stop bracing for judgment and start belonging to yourself, let’s talk.
No pressure, just a safe space to start.

  • Together, we work side-by-side to help your collective nervous systems step out of a survival loop and move into an ease-filled, authentic rhythm through seven core areas:

    1. Reclaim Your True Sensual Self: Gently and safely moving away from rigid societal expectations, old conditioning, and heavy performance expectations. We focus entirely on helping your nervous system step into its own authentic, unfiltered pleasure entirely on your own terms.

    2. Heal Internalized Shame: Providing a protected, sex-positive space where you can finally be deeply heard, validated, and understood without the crushing weight of external judgment, shame, or systemic stigma.

    3. Move from Performance to Real Presence: Learning how to safely stop masking or hiding your true colors during intimate moments. We use somatic grounding to help you unbrace from impact and start truly connecting through your entire being.

    4. Collaborating with an Interest-Based Nervous System: Especially for unique connections, we closely explore how your brain, executive functioning, and natural hyperfocus impact your desire, attention, and sensory comfort. We build strategies that work in harmony with your neurotype, rather than fighting against it.

    5. Restoring Somatic Presence Over Anxiety: We utilize gentle, body-first approaches, such as modified, low-pressure Sensate Focus consisting of mindful, non-sexual touch, to help you and your partners safely step away from performance anxiety or mental chatter and ground right back into your bodies.

    6. Cultivating True Relational Harmony: We look closely at the messy, real landscape of your day-to-day reality. We untangle how ongoing career stress, old family histories, and even simple factors like your rest patterns or chronic illness flares are putting pressure on your sensual self.

    7. Absolute Cultural and Identity Safety: I explicitly acknowledge and respect how your unique upbringing, heritage, gender expression, and sexual identity shape your personal comfort and confidence. We ensure you feel radically seen, celebrated, and protected in every single aspect of your life.

    8. Absolute Zero Judgment: This is a space where concepts like being "too loud," "too intense," "too messy," or "too quiet" simply do not exist. I celebrate your natural rhythm and focus on building practical strategies that work in harmony with your unique brain, never against it.

    The Shield Comes Off Here

You spend your days holding boundaries and managing energy out in a rigid world. In this partnership, you do not have to pretend to have it all figured out, and you do not have to carry the heavy weight of silence or awkwardness any longer. If you need a space where you and your partners can finally stop performing and start genuinely thriving, let's talk.
No pressure, just a safe space to start.

  • Yes, absolutely. I strive to provide a truly sex-positive, kink-aware, and kink-knowledgeable sanctuary where your relational choices are fully respected as a valid path to connection, never treated as a clinical problem to be fixed.

You will never have to spend your precious session time, energy, or money explaining alternative relational definitions, translating basic industry terminology, or defending your personal preferences to me. Because we leave societal judgment completely at the threshold, we can dive straight into the deep emotional and relational aspects of your unique dynamic.

My absolute commitment is to focus entirely on what keeps your connections thriving, prioritizing absolute safety, deep-rooted consent, and expanding your shared intimacy entirely on your own terms. You and your partners deserve a protected space where your dynamics are fully validated, your boundaries are honored, and your choices are met with radical acceptance. You can safely take off the heavy armor of the double life and let your desires breathe.

If you need a space where you can finally stop performing and explore a more connected path to peace, let’s talk.

  • It is completely normal to feel a little nervous or jittery before a first session. Talking about our bodies and desires takes a lot of vulnerability, so I am here to support you in finding ease on your own terms. We will move entirely at your pace, knowing that no subject is off limits or taboo. In your own time, that sense of inner clarity will naturally unfold in your body and mind.

    • Come As You Are: There is absolutely no single correct way to show up to therapy. Whether you come in with a highly specific question, or just a heavy feeling that you are seeking more fulfillment and peace, I am here to hold that space for you.

Here is What Our First Session May Look Like

Your first session is designed to be a gentle, low pressure experience:

    1. A Warm Easy Going Vibe

      • We start by simply getting to know each other. This is never a rigid clinical interrogation, it is an open, warm conversation. I will invite you, and your partner or partners, to share what is currently on your heart and what you hope to safely discover about your sensual and relational self.

    2. No Introductory Lesson Required

      • You do not have to spend your precious time, money, or emotional energy explaining the basic vocabulary of your identity, relationship structures, or career line. Whether you are part of the queer community, practicing polyamory or ethical non monogamy, involved in kink, or working in the sex industry, I already understand your world. We leave the basic tutorials behind and dive straight into the true heart of your experience.

    3. The Whole Picture Check In

      • We will gently look at the real, day to day landscape of your life. We might chat about how career stress, executive burnout, health challenges, or your daily routine is impacting your intimacy. This helps us see that physical or sensual barriers are almost always just the body highly intelligent way of asking for balance somewhere else in your ecosystem.

    4. Absolute Safety and Pacing

      • You are always, unconditionally in the driver seat. We only go as deep as your nervous system is comfortable to go, and you hold the absolute say over what we explore. There is absolutely no pressure to reveal everything in the first hour. We focus entirely on building a solid foundation of trust first.

    5. Co-Creating a Path Forward

      • We wrap up our time together with a clear, collaborative sense of how we will work side by side moving forward. You will leave the session with a deep feeling of being thoroughly seen, heard, and validated, and perhaps a small, gentle insight or a fresh perspective to carry with you until we meet again.

    Your Shield Comes Off Here

You spend your entire life protecting your boundaries, translating your existence, and managing the energy of everyone else. In this partnership, you can finally put down the shield, drop the performance, and just take a deep breath. If you need a space where you can finally take that first gentle step… let’s talk.

  • I know that diving into deep, vulnerable topics like intimacy, trauma, and connection can sometimes feel incredibly loud or intense for a sensitive nervous system.

    • Your Needs Come First: Whether we are meeting face-to-face in the office or across a telehealth screen, your immediate sensory needs are my absolute priority.

    • The Goal: Ensuring you feel physically safe, somatically regulated, and truly present in your own skin.

    • No Forcing: We never push your body through a wall of sensory distress just to complete a clinical hour.

The Ultimate Rule: In this sanctuary, your physical comfort is the absolute foundation for your healing. We move entirely at the speed of your unique nervous system, ensuring you always feel secure, believed, and completely in control of your experience.

How We Adjust the Environment for Your Brain

Our therapeutic space belongs entirely to your actual nervous system. We actively shape the environment to respect your current capacity and energy:

    1. In the Office: a Living No Masking Zone

      • My physical space is designed with your comfort in mind, letting your guard drop completely. We can dim the piercing overhead lights, adjust the seating, or even lounge comfortably on the floor if that feels more grounding to your body.

      • Sensory Supports: The office is stocked with sensory tools, fidgets, and weighted items, so please use them freely. You never have to sit perfectly still or maintain rigid, uncomfortable eye contact to prove you are listening to me. Your natural rhythm is radically respected here.

    2. Via Telehealth: Digital Sensory Decompression

      • If we are meeting online, your need for a regulated environment is just as vital. If you find yourself hitting a wall of digital overstimulation, we can easily slow our pacing right down or seamlessly switch to the chat box if speaking aloud feels like too much energy.

      • Total Freedom: You are warmly welcomed to do a walk and talk with your device, keep a beloved pet close by, turn off your self view box, or use any personal sensory tools that help. We will adjust the structure of the session to whatever your brain needs in the exact moment.

    3. Real Time Nervous System Check Ins

      • If a conversation begins to feel emotionally overwhelming or triggers a hyper vigilant response, we pause immediately. We do not push through the panic.

      • The Reset: We gently use somatic grounding tools, like the rhythmic butterfly hug or mindful breathing exercises, to soothe your body alarm signals and make sure you stay safely and comfortably within your personal window of tolerance.

    Put Down the Armor

You spend your entire life out in a rigid world managing your energy, translating your existence, and bracing for impact. In this partnership, you can finally put down the shield, turn off the performance, and just let your body rest. If you need a space where you can finally step into a truly regulated environment, let’s talk.

  • Ultimately, our supportive therapeutic relationship is about empowering you and your partners to find your own healthy, organic rhythm in your relationship and daily life.

    • The Deeper Nuances: We will work side-by-side to understand the complex, multifaceted layers of your unique experiences, including your sexuality, your identity, and your personal goals.

    • The Ultimate Shift: Moving completely away from the exhausting cycle of performing a life or relationship structure for the comfort of others, and moving toward truly living one.

    • The Shared Bond: No code-switching, no forced expectations, and a compassionate, side-by-side partnership where you never have to justify how you show up.

    An Invitation to Breathe

If you need a space for a path of deep self-discovery where your actual nervous system, your capacity, and your peace are finally the absolute priority, please know that you do not have to carry this weight alone. I am right here, and I would be truly honored to support you every single step of the way.

intimacy and sex therapy - Eboniña Evans LMFT - Ebonina Evans LMFT - EOnWellness Therapy -

Our Collaboration, Your Pacing: Intimacy on Your Own Terms

Intimacy does not happen in a vacuum, and it certainly does not follow a neat little rulebook. It is a deeply delicate, living ecosystem that is constantly breathing and shifting based on your physical health, your past experiences, and the world you navigate every single day.

When we look at your life, we are not here to casually dissect a sexual concern or treat your body like a broken machine that needs fixing. We lean in to see how your everyday stress, your baseline energy spoons, and your distinct way of experiencing the world all weave together to shape how you connect with yourself and your partners. You never have to filter your vocabulary, hide your relationship structure, or minimize what you want here. Your physical reality and your heart are met with absolute belief, deep validation, and zero clinical coldness.

A Gentle, Sex-Positive Truth: Your sexual well-being is a vital foundation of your health and happiness, not a shameful secret or an isolated taboo. You do not have to carry the heavy weight of silence, awkwardness, or performance anxiety into this room. We leave societal stigma and expectations entirely at the door so you can finally let your sensuality breathe.
